Requirements and responsibilities
- Prepare products for customers' on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to quality.
- Provide a positive customer service experience. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, and safety.
- Process customer information
- Customer communication, which entails informing their customers about the shipping dates or any possible delays.
- Handle the orders – prepare them and ship them out.
- Order follow-ups, like filing copies of the orders or other paperwork.
- Data entry for products
- Prior work experience in a similar field is preferred.
- Computer literacy, including word and database applications.
- Willingness to receive on-the-job training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
- Superb time management skills and the ability to coordinate team activities.
