Requirements and responsibilities

• Prepare products for customers' on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to quality. 
• Provide a positive customer service experience. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, and safety.
• Process customer information
• Customer communication, which entails informing their customers about the shipping dates or any possible delays. 
•  Handle the orders – prepare them and ship them out. 
• Order follow-ups, like filing copies of the orders or other paperwork.
• Data entry for products

• Prior work experience in a similar field is preferred.
• Computer literacy, including word and database applications.
• Willingness to receive on-the-job training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
• Superb time management skills and the ability to coordinate team activities.
