Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role combines executive-level administrative support with responsibilities in public relations and business coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Support the development and execution of strategies
- Draft and edit communications.
- Maintain positive relationships with media and key partners
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-ups
- Track key business initiatives and provide status updates
- Facilitate communication between departments and leadership
- Assist in planning meetings, agendas, and documenting outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Strong communication and public relations skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
