Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role combines executive-level administrative support with responsibilities in public relations and business coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism 
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders 
  • Support the development and execution of strategies 
  • Draft and edit communications.
  • Maintain positive relationships with media and key partners 
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-ups 
  • Track key business initiatives and provide status updates 
  • Facilitate communication between departments and leadership 
  • Assist in planning meetings, agendas, and documenting outcomes 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives 
  • Strong communication and public relations skills 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools 
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
