- User Support:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to both field and office users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely.
- Address user inquiries and ensure a positive user support experience.
- Document system issues and report them.
- Utilize remote connection tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide guidance to users on remote connectivity and collaboration tools.
- Printer Maintenance:
- Diagnose and fix issues related to Zebra label printers.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure printers operate at optimal efficiency.
- Printer troubleshooting, connectivity, and repairs.
- Communication Skills:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with users, colleagues, and vendors.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and user feedback.
- Problem Solving:
- Analyze and identify the root causes of technical problems.
- Develop effective solutions and preventative measures to enhance system reliability.
- Technical Background:
- Possess a strong technical background with proficiency in IT systems and infrastructure.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- IT support experience
- Experience in application testing and maintenance
- Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Kurdish is required
- Mobile Application Development (Preferred):
- Experience or background in mobile application development is a plus
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in user support and system maintenance.
