• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Updates job requirements when needed.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Assist in training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records and paperwork according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
Requirements:
• Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in #Business Management or a related field.
• English and Arabic in both (Speaking & Writing).
• Proven experience in HR and management.
• Knowledge of HR functions
• Must have basic knowledge of Computer Skills like (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
