- Provides support to end-users in the acquisition, implementation and operation of end-user applications.
- Handle problems that arise from systems failure, operator error or user misunderstanding.
- Understanding how packages are used and applying detailed technical knowledge.
- Talking to staff/clients and taking actions - either by meeting them face-to-face or solving the problem over the telephone.
- Troubleshooting system and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Finding solutions to problems through fixing a major fault on the operating system.
- Supporting new applications
Requirements
- BA – BS in computer science –or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in overall computer and IT systems
- Experience which indicates responsiveness, and service orientation.
- Fluent in English Arabic and French
- Ability to work independently but seeking help when needed.
- Demonstrated ambition
- Demonstrated self motivation
- Experience with responsibility for meeting deadlines under pressure.
