Job Description

 

  • Provides support to end-users in the acquisition, implementation and operation of end-user applications.
  • Handle problems that arise from systems failure, operator error or user misunderstanding. 
  • Understanding how packages are used and applying detailed technical knowledge.
  • Talking to staff/clients and taking actions - either by meeting them face-to-face or solving the problem over the telephone.
  • Troubleshooting system and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Finding solutions to problems through fixing a major fault on the operating system. 
  • Supporting new applications

Requirements 

  • BA – BS in computer science –or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in overall computer and IT systems
  • Experience which indicates responsiveness, and service orientation.
  • Fluent in English Arabic and French
  • Ability to work independently but seeking help when needed.
  • Demonstrated ambition
  • Demonstrated self motivation
  • Experience with responsibility for meeting deadlines under pressure.
