Computer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- • Incidents troubleshooting, Taking ownership of IT incidents and requests and following to ensure the issue has been resolved (Incident management and Request Fulfillment)
- • Clients and related equipment Initializing
- • troubleshooting and resolve user reported IT incidents
- • Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware
- • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
- • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- • Inform management of recurring problems
- • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- • Read technical manuals, confer with users or conduct computer diagnostics remotely
- • Develop training materials and procedures and train users according to policies
Requirements :
- • BA or MA In IT Or Computer Science
- • Min 3 Years’ Experience
- • Arabic & English
