Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • • Incidents troubleshooting, Taking ownership of IT incidents and requests and following to ensure the issue has been resolved  (Incident management and Request Fulfillment)
  • • Clients and related equipment Initializing
  • • troubleshooting and resolve user reported IT incidents
  • • Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware
  • • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
  • • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • • Inform management of recurring problems
  • • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • • Read technical manuals, confer with users or conduct computer diagnostics remotely
  • • Develop training materials and procedures and train users according to policies

Requirements :

  • • BA or MA In IT Or Computer Science
  • • Min 3 Years’ Experience
  • • Arabic & English
