  • Receiving incoming call
  • listen to customer complain with calm and professional attitude and respond according to it.
  • Determined the complaint priority and act according to that
  • Prepare daily report of all incoming calls and share with management 
  • Record customers full info in “Excel sheet or Odoo system “ 
  • Connect with sales team to share potential customer’s info with them according to the priority of the customer
  • Must speaking Kurdish(sorani), Arabic language
