- Receiving incoming call
- listen to customer complain with calm and professional attitude and respond according to it.
- Determined the complaint priority and act according to that
- Prepare daily report of all incoming calls and share with management
- Record customers full info in “Excel sheet or Odoo system “
- Connect with sales team to share potential customer’s info with them according to the priority of the customer
- Must speaking Kurdish(sorani), Arabic language
