Responsibilities & Duties: 

  1. Responsible for The Group Office service and supply chain management.
  2. Processing company PO’s, logistics, invoices, and any other relatives.
  3. Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements).
  4. Schedule meetings and appointments.
  5. Responsible for Procurement Purchasing for The Group Office in Erbil.
  6. pay monthly rent for office space, pay utility bills and manage the ordering of office supplies.
  7. Responsible for following all the untreated assets related to stuff.
  8. Assisting with inventory control.
  • Kurdish is Must and good level of English. 
  • Analytical skills to be able to track and report on key supply chain metrics
  • Operations management experience
  • Inventory management skills and experience
  • Customer service experience and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus
