Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible for The Group Office service and supply chain management.
- Processing company PO’s, logistics, invoices, and any other relatives.
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements).
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Responsible for Procurement Purchasing for The Group Office in Erbil.
- pay monthly rent for office space, pay utility bills and manage the ordering of office supplies.
- Responsible for following all the untreated assets related to stuff.
- Assisting with inventory control.
- Kurdish is Must and good level of English.
- Analytical skills to be able to track and report on key supply chain metrics
- Operations management experience
- Inventory management skills and experience
- Customer service experience and skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus
