- Answering calls to the Hotline and providing solutions where possible.
- Responsible of SoftPharm implementation process
- Responsible of pharmacy maintenance renewal
- Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained.
- Ensuring all calls and reports are diagnosed within ½ day of assignment.
- Logging bugs into the Bug Database.
- Reviewing outstanding calls and ensuring the clients are kept informed of progress.
- Attending relevant training courses where necessary.
Requirements
- BA – BS in business computer or related field
- Demonstrated experience in overall computer and IT systems
- Experience which indicates responsiveness, and service orientation
- Ability to work independently but seeking help when needed.
- Demonstrated ambition
- Demonstrated self motivation
- Experience with responsibility for meeting deadlines under pressure
