Job Description

  • Answering calls to the Hotline and providing solutions where possible.
  • Responsible of SoftPharm implementation process
  • Responsible of pharmacy maintenance renewal 
  • Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained.
  • Ensuring all calls and reports are diagnosed within ½  day of assignment.
  • Logging bugs into the Bug Database.
  • Reviewing outstanding calls and ensuring the clients are kept informed of progress.
  • Attending relevant training courses where necessary.

Requirements 

  • BA – BS in business computer or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in overall computer and IT systems
  • Experience which indicates responsiveness, and service orientation
  • Ability to work independently but seeking help when needed.
  • Demonstrated ambition
  • Demonstrated self motivation
  • Experience with responsibility for meeting deadlines under pressure
