INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to improve the efficiency of inventory control.
- Carry out daily analyses to forecast possible inventory issues.
- Develop high-performance culture and measure employee metrics.
- Evaluate the levels of raw materials and supplies to determine to predict shortages.
- Prepare detailed reports of inventory stock levels and operations.
- Prepare orders to ensure it's ready for shipment.
- Assess a multitude of suppliers to obtain the most cost-efficient deals.
- Order supplies carefully to avoid inconsistencies or surplus.
- Record daily shipments and deliveries to keep inventory up to date.
- Recruit and train workers.
- Perform weekly analysis of possible new inventories for the company to stock up.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 5+ years of experience working with inventory
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software
- Analytical mind set and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good time management skills.
