Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an inventory tracking system to improve the efficiency of inventory control.
• Carry out daily analyses to forecast possible inventory issues.
• Develop high-performance culture and measure employee metrics.
• Evaluate the levels of raw materials and supplies to determine to predict shortages.
• Prepare detailed reports of inventory stock levels and operations.
• Prepare orders to ensure it's ready for shipment.
• Assess a multitude of suppliers to obtain the most cost-efficient deals.
• Order supplies carefully to avoid inconsistencies or surplus.
• Record daily shipments and deliveries to keep inventory up to date.
• Recruit and train workers.
• Perform weekly analysis of possible new inventories for the company to stock up.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 5+ years of experience working with inventory
• 3+ years of managerial experience 
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software
• Analytical mind set and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Good time management skills.
