Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, and implementing improvement strategies.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the store team to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Ensure excellent customer experience, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and replenishment processes to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain store visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and control store expenses and budgets to ensure profitability.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and operational updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and head office for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or store management.
- Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership.
- Experience in inventory management and retail operations is essential.
