Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Drive sales performance by setting targets, and implementing improvement strategies.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the store team to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
• Ensure excellent customer experience, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Manage inventory control, stock levels, and replenishment processes to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain store visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and control store expenses and budgets to ensure profitability.
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and head office for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or store management.
• Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership.
• Experience in inventory management and retail operations is essential.
