Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks related to customer information, transactions, and account details.
- Ensure compliance with KYC regulations and procedures while handling customer data and documentation.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide support on various banking services offered in the International Department.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and organized workflow within the department.
- Conduct thorough checks and verification processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer information.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain high standards of confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to data entry and KYC procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on data entry and KYC procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant banking software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of KYC regulations and procedures preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
