Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks related to customer information, transactions, and account details.
  2. Ensure compliance with KYC regulations and procedures while handling customer data and documentation.
  3. Assist customers with inquiries and provide support on various banking services offered in the International Department.
  4. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and organized workflow within the department.
  5. Conduct thorough checks and verification processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer information.
  6. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain high standards of confidentiality.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to data entry and KYC procedures.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on data entry and KYC procedures.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in relevant banking software and Microsoft Office suite.
  6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Knowledge of KYC regulations and procedures preferred.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
