| Accountabilities: |
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

- Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new market segments, clients, and partnerships.

- Establish and manage pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and revenue targets.
|
- Oversee the sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure high performance.
|
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against these goals.
|
- Manage the marketing team to develop campaigns that support commercial objectives.
|
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales channels.
|
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
|
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
|
- Monitor and manage the commercial budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
|
- Analyze financial performance and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets.
|
- Work closely with other departments (such as operations, finance, and product development) to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies.
|
- Recruit, train, and develop the commercial team to build a high-performing organization.
|
- Identify potential risks related to commercial activities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, MBA is an asset.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, with a proven track record of success in CSD beverages.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and / or Kurdish are a plus)
