Role Overview

The Rig Administrator provides administrative and personnel support to rig operations, ensuring accurate record keeping, personnel coordination, and timely reporting in compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain personnel records, POB lists, timesheets, and site documentation.
  • Coordinate crew changes, travel, accommodation, and onboarding activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain training, certification, and attendance records.
  • Support procurement, logistics, and inventory administration.
  • Assist with HSE reporting, meeting minutes, and document control.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in oil & gas operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
