Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
• Track stock movement, transfers, receiving, and dispatch operations.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper inventory documentation and reporting within ERP systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales teams to maintain efficient stock flow.
• Identify inventory discrepancies, slow-moving items, and stock shortages while implementing corrective actions.
• Optimize inventory control procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce losses.
• Prepare inventory reports and support management with forecasting and stock planning activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory or stock management, preferably within retail, technology, or distribution sectors.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP software, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
