Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and build relationships with customers, and prospective customers
  2. Organizing meetings with prospective customers and listening to their needs and concerns
  3. Prepare and deliver effective product and service presentations.
  4. Resolve customer issues or objections while negotiating/closing deals.
  5. Gather and analyze statistics, and prepare data and sales reports
  6. Cooperate with team members to obtain greater results
  7. Collect and share feedback from customers or potential customers with management.
  8. Maintaining accurate records
  9. Other relevant tasks that may be asked by the Line Manager/Management. 

 

 

Qualifications 

  1. Minimum three years of relevant experience in a related capacity is required.
  2. Proficiency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic, the Turkish Language is a plus.
  3. Effective communication skills
  4. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  5. Excellent phone and presentation skills
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and sales software programs.
  7. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
