Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build relationships with customers, and prospective customers
- Organizing meetings with prospective customers and listening to their needs and concerns
- Prepare and deliver effective product and service presentations.
- Resolve customer issues or objections while negotiating/closing deals.
- Gather and analyze statistics, and prepare data and sales reports
- Cooperate with team members to obtain greater results
- Collect and share feedback from customers or potential customers with management.
- Maintaining accurate records
- Other relevant tasks that may be asked by the Line Manager/Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in a related capacity is required.
- Proficiency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic, the Turkish Language is a plus.
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
