Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the bank, clients, and external partners.
- Provide assistance and support to clients in executing banking transactions and understanding available services.
- Provide necessary information and procedures to clients and external partners accurately and effectively.
- Follow up on client inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal bank departments to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in banking, communications, or relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage time.
- Ability to build positive and effective relationships with clients and external partners.
