Bloom Corner, a leading landscaping and pest control company, is actively seeking a dynamic Field Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Erbil. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition efforts, responsible for visiting potential clients, executing sales strategies, and promoting the company’s services through various marketing channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Acquisition: Spearhead client acquisition efforts by visiting potential clients and effectively presenting and selling our products and services.
- Campaign Planning: Assist in planning sales and advertising campaigns, collaborating in brainstorming sessions with the team.
- Multimedia Marketing: Work across various multimedia outlets to promote products/services, determining the most effective media outlet combinations.
- Cohesive Messaging: Ensure cohesive messaging across all media platforms, reporting progress to upper management.
- Social Media Collaboration: Collaborate with the social media team to align field sales efforts with online strategies, ensuring a unified and impactful brand presence.
- Sales Management: Manage the efforts and activities of the sales department, maintaining positive business relationships and achieving agreed-upon sales targets.
- Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, keeping abreast of customers' needs and competitive activities.
- Offer and Proposal Development: Work closely with the operations team to create compelling offers and proposals for clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- Research: Conduct research for key marketing campaigns and stay up-to-date with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential new products/services.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales and marketing field.
- Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic languages, English is advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills, MS in particular.
- Knowledgeable about the current content creation and digital media trends.
- Strong copywriting and analytic skills.
- Excellent command of verbal and written communication.
- Ability to lead and delegate tasks to team members appropriately.
- Highly self-motivated and possesses consistent initiative.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to perform a wide range of tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel outside the city and/or country and possess own vehicle.
