Requirements
● 2+ years of experience in a customer support/service role
● Excellent English & Arabic (Spoken & Written)
● Fast typing skills (30 words/minute minimum)
● Excellent Communication & Listening Skills
● Sales driven mentality
● Familiar with e commerce
Job Description
● Process large amount of incoming client messages on WhatsApp
● Communicate with customers in a professional manner by implementing defined
customer service protocols
● Generate sales by identifying and managing customers’ needs
● Calculate accurate invoices for customers and submit orders to procurement for
processing
● Provide shopping assistance to customers when desired items are out of stock
● Review and track customer orders
● Actively participate in resolving any issues pertaining to shipping delays
● Compile and generate reports
