Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth plans.
Ensure consistency in HR policies and procedures across all subsidiaries and business units.
Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding for all group entities.
Build and manage talent pipelines to support business growth.
Lead training and development initiatives to build leadership capabilities and upskill employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and morale.
Performance Management & Compensation
Oversee the performance management framework to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Design and review compensation and benefits structures to remain competitive in the market.
Ensure fair and transparent appraisal systems are implemented across the group.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Mitigate HR-related risks through proactive monitoring and policy enforcement.
Lead internal audits and compliance reviews for HR processes.
Leadership & Team Management
Manage and mentor HR teams within each business unit.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across HR functions at the group level.
Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial/group HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
Proven experience in managing HR across multi-site or group companies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
