·        Female Iraqi National ONLY
·        Education: Bachelor's Degree / technical degree or Diploma.
·        Language: Kurdish, Arabic. English (Must know all 3 languages). 
·        Experience 2-3 years in attending daily calls (both inbound and outbound), listing the customers, understanding their feedback, requirements, and complaints, following up on various customer-related matters and ensuring each of these cases is closed appropriately. Update the management reports, coordinate, and work with all business and operational departments.
