Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor daily banking operations procedures, record, and report any failures in banking systems to relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Ensure the safety of customer and bank data by observing banking operations systems backups.
  3. Handle all daily activities for banking operations systems to safeguard operational continuity.
  4. Participate in conducting incident reviews for banking systems to avoid future recurrence and enhance system availability and resilience.
  5. Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner.
  6. Coordinate and execute daily operational tasks efficiently.
  7. Maintain awareness of regulatory changes within the business and incorporate them accordingly into daily activities, including sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), etc.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  3. Good hands-on knowledge of operational work.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Problem-solving skills.
  6. Good understanding of operational risk in the banking sector, including KYC, AML/CFT, and correspondent banking.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic languages.
