We are seeking a customer-focused and results-oriented Store Sales Representative to support daily store operations, assist customers, promote products, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs and requirements.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and pricing details.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and well organized.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests professionally.
• Support promotions, offers, and other sales activities.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the store and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Good command of English and Arabic is preferred.
