Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to senior executives (calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence).
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents.
Coordinate office operations and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
Organize and maintain filing systems, confidential records, and documentation.
Schedule and manage executive meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
Assist with HR or operational administrative tasks as needed (onboarding, document approvals, office supplies).
Serve as a point of contact between executives and employees, clients, or external partners.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills for liaison across departments and external contacts.
