Position Title: Operation City Head 

Base: Sulaimani 

About the Role:

Lezzoo is currently seeking to hire a highly organized City Head with great communication and management skills to be responsible for the day-to-day procedures and to manage the planning, direction, administration, and coordination of Dispatch, Fleet and Sales departments, maintaining detailed records of performance to ensure operational efficiency, and to train quality drivers into the fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that NCRs are meeting daily / weekly target 
• Set weekly rider schedules based on the forecast and demand
• Ensure number of acquisitions is meeting the daily / weekly target
• Closely tracking Lead time and ensure that it is below the acceptable threshold
• Regularly analyze rider/ market performance and make the needed process adjustments 
• Closely following up on riders’ compliance (Hygiene and Safety)
• Track staff attainment and trigger hiring request accordingly
• Provide effective liaison and support to all departments
• Report city performance to upper management on regular basis
• Manage, direct and monitor the staff to increase efficiency and maximize service, performance, value and profit , in the  specified city.
• Ensure that the City is meeting the operational KPI (Delivery time, Cost per Order, Proper Staffing) within Lezzoo’s quality guidelines
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for the operation of the fleet, including surveying and measuring the satisfaction with the fleet service and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Supply chain or related field
• +2 years of managerial  experience, specifically logistics is a plus.
• Experience with  process flow, Root Cause Analysis, and action plan execution
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is preferred .
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
