Dar Kurd Group is looking for a Graphic Designer/ social media specialist to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Job Title: Graphic designer/ social media specialist

Job purpose:

 Design and manage the e-Communications, contributes to the development design the company branding and social media strategies and policies and takes the lead in their implementation; develops and implements social media guidelines, systems, procedures and tools; and provides expert reporting.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Researches social media communication trends, best practices, policies, procedures 
• Monitors, reviews, and analyzes comments on social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. to identify insights, emerging trends, risks and impact.
• Produce regular reports on social media performance.
• Develop social media strategies to expand our reach and impact through social media channels.
• Identify key social influencers who we can engage with.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of developments, innovations, and new tech in social media and identify any that may be of benefit/interest to the company.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or any related field.
• Proven graphic design and social media experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office
