Our company is looking for a showroom sales representative who must be an expert communicator, capable of conveying information regarding store items to the customer. They also typically need to possess basic math skills, enabling them to calculate sales and negotiate with customers.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to understand the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Experience in sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and Kurdish.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word and excel.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Good people skills and excellent customer service skills
