We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Specialist (Saving Consultant) to join our growing team in Erbil , Duhok and Sulaymaniyah. In this role, you will play a key role in educating our clients about our Sharia-compliant saving and investment options, building strong relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

* Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is a MUST

* Fluency in English and Turkish is preferred

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

* Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proven ability to identify customer needs, present solutions effectively, and close deals 

* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills 

* Professional demeanor with a commitment to ethical sales practices

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
