Responsibilities:
- Review and approve business account applications submitted by prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information provided.
- Conduct thorough KYC checks on business entities in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive KYC documentation for sales employees, including verifying identities, and documenting due diligence efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary documentation and information required for account opening and compliance purposes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procedures to streamline the account opening and KYC processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Provide support and guidance to sales employees on compliance-related matters, including regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of account opening activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to KYC and customer due diligence.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as compliance and legal, to address any issues or concerns related to account opening and KYC processes.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to sales administration and compliance functions.
- Adding New Cashback Deals merchants and maintain the added Cashbacks on the App.
- Follow up Cashbacks Deals with technical team and managing Cashback contracts.
- Work on the installment feature, maintain and manage the contracts.
- Follow up with merchant advisors with all changes that happen to the deals and edit them in the system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, account opening, or KYC compliance within the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex documentation accurately.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to address compliance-related issues and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Languages:
Kurdish is required - Arabic and English are plus.
