Company Overview: 

TGI-Iraq is a top distributor of premium skincare products, providing access to world-class brands and high-quality skincare solutions. We cater to dermatology clinics, pharmacies and beauty professionals across Iraq. As we expand our reach, we are looking for an experienced Medical Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations for skincare products, focusing on the beauty professional and healthcare sectors.

 

Job Summary:

The Medical Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales of skincare products targeted at medical professionals, dermatologists, pharmacies, and beauty clinics. This role requires a strong background in both sales and medical knowledge, particularly in the skincare and dermatology field. You will drive business development, build relationships with healthcare providers, lead a sales team, and ensure product penetration in Iraq’s clinical and beauty skincare market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share of skincare products within the medical, pharmacies and beauty clinic sectors.
  • Promote our skincare solutions to dermatologists and beauty clinic professionals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, skincare specialists and pharmacies.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and provide ongoing product training.
  • Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure the team is equipped to communicate technical product benefits to medical professionals.
  • Conduct educational sessions for dermatologists, pharmacists, and beauty professionals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and products, providing insights for strategic decision-making and product positioning.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns aimed at the medical community, including conferences and exhibitions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the skincare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of dermatology, skincare products, and the medical sales process.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex medical information clearly.
  • Ability to travel regularly across Iraq for client meetings, product demonstrations, and events.
  • Competency in English is required.
  • Own a car
