HARDWARE INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION:
• Install, configure, and deploy HPE hardware solutions, including servers, storage systems, and networking devices.
• Conduct system setup, integration, and testing to ensure proper functionality and compatibility.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOTING:
• Provide technical support for HPE hardware and related systems, including diagnosing and resolving hardware issues.
• Work closely with HPE support teams to address and resolve complex technical problems.
SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND OPTIMIZATION:
• Perform regular maintenance on HPE hardware, including firmware and driver updates.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING:
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, installations, and maintenance procedures.
• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and service activities.

CLIENT AND TEAM COLLABORATION:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hardware needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of HPE hardware into existing IT infrastructure.
TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING:
• Provide training and support to clients and internal staff on the use and management of HPE hardware solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest HPE product developments and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
• Assist in the planning and execution of hardware-related projects, including system upgrades and migrations.

• Contribute to project documentation and provide technical expertise throughout project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS
DEGREE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Three years’ work experience
• Proven experience with HPE hardware solutions and systems, including hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and support.
