Job Summary: Seeking for a Customer Engagement Supervisor to take the responsibility for overseeing and managing customer engagement initiatives to build and maintain positive relationships with consumers. company Account supervisors are highly encouraged to apply for this role.
Responsibilities:
1- Customer Relationship Management:
•Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
•Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to meet customer expectations.
2- Brand Promotion:
•Collaborate with marketing teams to execute customer engagement campaigns.
•Promote tobacco products in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
3- Team Leadership:
•Lead and supervise a team of customer engagement representatives.
•Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
4- Data Analysis:
•Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
•Develop reports and provide insights to management regarding customer engagement performance.
5- Communication:
•Foster clear and effective communication between the customer engagement team and other departments.
•Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
•Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish language.
•Proven experience in customer service or customer engagement roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
•Ability to travel the other cities within Kurdistan.
