Location: Baghdad karrada 

Key Responsibilities
• System Maintenance and Performance
• Ensure the smooth operation, performance, and reliability of the Temenos core banking system.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Customization and Development
• Develop, configure, and implement new features and functionalities within the Temenos platform, aligned with business requirements.
• Customize existing modules, workflows, and interfaces to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• System Upgrades and Patching
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and updates to keep the Temenos system secure and up-to-date.
• Test and validate changes in a controlled environment before deploying to production.
• Integration and Automation
• Develop and maintain integrations between Temenos and other banking systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Implement automation scripts and tools to streamline routine tasks and processes.
• Support and Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the IT and Operations teams to ensure Temenos aligns with the bank’s operational needs.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and processes.
• Generate and analyze system performance reports, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3 years minimum of experience working with the Temenos core banking system (e.g., T24 Transact).
• Experience in Islamic banking systems and processes is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Temenos technical architecture, including T24, Infinity, or related modules.

• Familiarity with system integrations using APIs, web services

• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in Temenos products or modules.
• Experience in Sharia-compliant banking systems and services.
