Main Responsibilities & Duties:

This role is the front-line professional responsible for generating revenue by selling a company's products and/or services to clients or customers. Sales executives play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and persuading them to make purchases.

All sales executives must maintain a certain certification level based on the products and/or services they are specialized in. Also, must have a strong knowledge of all products and services provided by the department, and have basic knowledge about overall products and services of other departments in the company.

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients or customers through research, prospecting, and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities. Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to establish contact with potential clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points. Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to address client requirements.
  3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present products or services to clients, highlighting their features and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations and answer client questions effectively. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and pitches.
  4. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. Overcome objections and objections to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Provide feedback to the sales team and sales manager on market dynamics and client preferences.
  6. Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in a CRM system. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the sales manager.

Requirement skills and competencies:

  1. Bachler Degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field. New graduates are welcome.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive spirit.
  4. Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
  5. Eager to learn, improve and adapt to new sales techniques, processes, and tools.
