Network Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring availability, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues and provide timely technical support.

Cybersecurity:

• Implement and manage security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti-virus solutions, and endpoint protection tools.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
• Monitor security logs, identify suspicious activity, and respond to security incidents.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on cybersecurity best practices.

System & Data Protection:

• Manage data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers on IT security solutions.

General IT Support:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system issues.
• Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
