responsible for the overall management and strategic oversight of the bank’s operations, ensuring that all operational activities are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives. The COO leads key operational functions including Shared Services, Central Operations, Internal Controls, Branch Management, Project Management, and Quality Assurance. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, managing risks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across all operational units

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations management, Business Administration or any related field
• 13 - 15 Years of Professional Experience
• (8 – 10 Years experience in leadership within Operations in Banking
