E- Payment services company 

*Applicants from all over-Iraq willing to relocate to Najaf are Encouraged to apply** 4 working days per week in Najaf only 

Responsibilities
1)Can communicate with Al-Saqi fintech team and payment system vendor to develop FSD for new products and services.

2)Establish payment product requirement gathering and record keeping methodology through collaborative stakeholder partnerships to roll-out required charging mechanisms
3)Translates product/platform strategy by writing detailed features for development teams for highly complex products with multiple transactions and touchpoints. This work may include the creation of prototypes .
4)Influences payment product feature set and positioning strategies to improve customer experience, and drive or support growth .
5)Help shape payment product vision, alongside execution goals to ensure the team stays inspired while delivering iteratively
6)Assist with product management functions such as new business approvals process, product reviews, policy and compliance checks for both product and complementary operational processes, market research, and go-to-market activities
7)Be the voice of customers in your product and API designs and play an active role in designing a product development process that engages customer feedback frequently.
8)Work with payment clearing schemes and networks on areas requiring certification, such as evidencing operational processes and implementing security standards
9)Anticipate industry trends, direction, innovation, analyses potential impacts or opportunities to customer / product, and incorporates analyses into product process .
10)Generates and maintains dashboards and reports that track product health and success metrics .
11)Supports sales, marketing, and other partner teams with the necessary product knowledge and additional documentation .

Skills and Qualifications
1)7+ years of relevant payment product management experience in analyzing, designing, launching and leading new products and services in fintech or financial services.
2)Should have detailed understanding in the payment industry, regulatory norms, new trends in business, developments in ecosystem.
3)Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions .
4)Focus on generating new ideas and innovative product approaches.

5)Deep understanding of payment flows of issuing, acquiring, Wallets, tokenization and international schemes.
6)Good understanding of use cases like utilities, bill payments, small merchant QR payments, education & governmental entities will be an added advantage.
7)Should be able to solve deep reconciliation & settlement / payout problems.
8)Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives, with great skills in project management and managing multiple projects at once
9)Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence others
