We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Card Operations Specialist to oversee the entire card issuance process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various stages of card operations, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery. Below are the key responsibilities:

1. Card Ordering:

   -  Initiate and manage the card ordering process, coordinating with relevant departments to determine the quantity and specifications.

2. Document Verification and Card Processing:

   - Verify and process documents meticulously, adhering to Visa card issuance standards and ensuring all required information is accurate and complete

3. Email Communication:

   -  Engage in effective email communication to request and receive the personalized data necessary for Visa card personalization.

4. Printer and Chip card Preparation:

   - Prepare printing equipment and chips, maintaining optimal conditions for the precise printing of Visa cards

5. Card Printing:

   - Utilize advanced printing technologies to produce Visa cards, ensuring compliance with Visa's security and quality standards.

6. Thanks Letter form Preparation: 

   - Generate personalized thank-you letters for each issued Visa card, contributing to a positive cardholder experience Create personalized thank-you letters for each issued card contain Activation Codes instruction.

7. Quality Assurance:

   - Conduct rigorous checks of printed Visa cards against corresponding forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Visa regulations

8. Packaging:

   - Professionally package printed cards, organizing them for secure and efficient distribution.

9. Cross-Verification (Name list checking):

   - Maintaining a commitment to accuracy and excellence Implement a thorough cross-verification process, ensuring that each card aligns accurately with the provided name list to prevent omissions.

10. List Preparation for Delivery:

    - Prepare detailed lists for the delivery of cards to specific regions guaranteeing timely and accurate dispatch.
