Main responsibilities and duties:
Ø Set up, copy, scan and store documents
Ø create templates
Ø Manage requests for documentation
Ø File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
Ø Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
Ø To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
Ø Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
Ø Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required
Qualification required:
Ø Good In English language (Oral and written)
Ø Strong IT skills in MS office including outlook, excel and word. Ability to review/edit AutoCAD maps, MS project is a plus.
Ø Good attention to detail.
Ø The ability to multitask.
Ø Highly organized.
Ø Excellent communication skills.
Ø Proficient typing skills.
Ø Minute taking.
