The Internation School of Choueifat is looking for a dedicated individual with much experience in the marketing sector who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization. They will also manage the brand image and ensure the brand is effectively communicated through effective means.

Brief Job Description:

1. Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff.
2. Leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing
   products/services.
3. Liaising with media organizations, advertising agencies, and production/press
   companies and outlets.
4. Developing regional marketing plans & budgets according to strategies and seek
   approvals for such.
5. Maintain brand superiority and preserve market positioning.
6. Creating promotional information to drive the business.
7. Coordination of multiple channels of marketing strategies.
8. Managing budgets for marketing campaigns and working with executives to determine budget and targets
9. Testing new marketing opportunities and building relationships with media outlets.
10. Directing social media strategies and supervising all social media performance, reports, and coverage.
11. Analyzing customer feedback and advertising returns while reporting back to upper management.
12. Seeking new opportunities of sponsorship for marketing activities and events.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and/or equivalent
• Great business and marketing leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Proven experience in budget management skills and proficiency
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technology, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, post-production, visual communication etc.
• Effective professional judgment and discretion in the field.
