Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Management:

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.

1. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of relationship managers and support staff.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

1. Financial Analysis and Credit Management:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the creditworthiness of corporate clients.
• Prepare credit proposals and present them to the credit committee for approval.
• Monitor the performance of the loan portfolio to identify and manage risks.

1. Business Development:

• Identify market trends and opportunities to grow the corporate banking business.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell banking products and services.

1. Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development of the corporate banking strategy.
• Analyze market conditions and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to senior management.

1. Product and Service Development:

• Work with product development teams to design and enhance banking products tailored to corporate clients.
• Gather feedback from clients to ensure products and services meet their needs.

1. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• Implement and maintain robust risk management practices.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8-12 years of experience in corporate banking or a related financial services role.
• Proven track record in managing large corporate client relationships.
• Strong financial and credit analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.

Languages:

Arabic , English is plus.
