Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of relationship managers and support staff.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Financial Analysis and Credit Management:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the creditworthiness of corporate clients.
- Prepare credit proposals and present them to the credit committee for approval.
- Monitor the performance of the loan portfolio to identify and manage risks.
- Business Development:
- Identify market trends and opportunities to grow the corporate banking business.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell banking products and services.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the corporate banking strategy.
- Analyze market conditions and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Product and Service Development:
- Work with product development teams to design and enhance banking products tailored to corporate clients.
- Gather feedback from clients to ensure products and services meet their needs.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Implement and maintain robust risk management practices.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- At least 8-12 years of experience in corporate banking or a related financial services role.
- Proven track record in managing large corporate client relationships.
- Strong financial and credit analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Languages:
Arabic , English is plus.
